General
    What is a shopping cart?
  • The shopping cart allows you to select your preferred items into a wish list.
    How do I add items into my shopping cart?
  • You can click on the image of the selected item and the selection 'Add to Cart' will be made available to you. Enter the quantity preferred and click on 'Add to Cart'. The selected item and the quantity will be reflected in your shopping cart.

Website registration
    Do I need to register myself with this website before making the purchase?
  • No. You can make purchase without registering with the website.
  • Registering with the website allow us to remember your delivery details so that you do not need to re-enter the information the next time you revisit us for a new purchase.
    Do I need to pay to register?
  • No. Registration is free.
    How do I register with this website?
  • Click on 'Register' on the top right-hand corner of this website to register.
    I have lost my ID or sign-in password. How do I retrieve them?
  • You can click on "forgot password?" on the main page and a new password will be sent to you.
    How do I change my personal information?
  • Log in to your account and click on "My Profile" to change your personal information.

    What payment methods do you accept?
  • Currently all transactions is made through PayPal, a global leader in online payment solutions.
    Do I need a PayPal account in order to purchase the items?

    Can I pay a downpayment / deposit until I receive my order?
  • No. Payment is to be made in full before any order can be confirmed.
    Can I pay cash on delivery?
  • No. Payment is to be made in full before any order can be confirmed.

Shipping and Delivery
    Do I need to pay a shipping fee for the items purchase?
  • Yes.
    How much is the shipping fee?
  • Shipping cost will be calculated based on the delivery address during the checkout process.
    How do I know how much shipping fee I will have to pay?
  • After adding the selected items into the shopping cart, you can select "Calculate Shipping" for the calculation of the shipping fee. Local delivery fee or UPS internation shipping charges applies.
    How many days will it take to ship the products?
  • It will take between 1-2 weeks to deliver the goods.
    Where do you ship the products to?
  • We ship the products to a wide range of countries. The list of countries is available in the shopping cart.
    How do I check on the delivery status?

    Can I change my order after I have made the payment?

Warranty
    Is there any warranty coverage to the product purchased?
  • The warranty period for items purchased is warrant by the parent company of the product. Athlete's Circle Pte Ltd does not issue warranty to the products sold.
  • For Polar products, 2 years international warranty is offered by Polar Electro Oy.
